Integrating Shopify with TracknTake
Welcome to the Help Documentation for integrating your Shopify store into the TracknTake platform. This page will guide you through the core functionalities of our app and ensure that you are well informed about the permissions it requires and the data it accesses.

TracknTake seamlessly connects your Shopify store to our CMS, enhancing visibility for your store on our official mobile application. A simple click on our CMS prompts you to download and integrate the app with your Shopify store.
How to Connect Your Shopify

Visit our CMS Page: Login with your user credentials previously sent per email.

In your CMS, navigate to the 'Connect to Shopify' button (at the right of the page): This will redirect you to your Shopify account.

Authorize the App: Review the permissions and click 'Accept' to download and integrate TracknTake with your Shopify store.
Privacy Details:
Upon integration, our app accesses the following information from your store:
Customer Information:

Contact Information: This includes your customers' names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

Location Details: Physical address, geolocation, and IP address.

Device Data: The type of device used, the browser, and the operating system.
Store Owner Information:

Contact Information: This encompasses the store owner's name, email address, phone number.

Permissions:
When you integrate TracknTake with your Shopify store, the app requires permissions to:
View Data:

Locations: The app can access data related to your store locations.
Edit Orders:
The app has the capability to:

View all order details from the last 60 days.

Access order fulfillments, assigned fulfillment, merchant-managed fulfillment, and third-party fulfillment.
Edit Products:
The app can modify:

Products.

Inventory.

Collections.
Edit your Online Store:

Introduce script tags in your Online Store.

Access and modify the theme.
