Refund Policy
The following refund policy governs returns and refunds for purchases made through the TracknTake platform.
For Users (B2C)
At TracknTake, we act as a connection platform between stores and customers. Therefore, each business is directly responsible for managing returns and refunds of their products.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide justification. The right of withdrawal applies to all purchases made through TracknTake, even if the collection is made at the physical store.
Product Conditions (Withdrawal)
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with all its accessories and in its original packaging.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects or does not conform to what was offered, the user will have the right to request repair, replacement, price reduction or full refund, in accordance with current regulations, at no additional cost.
How to Exercise It
You must contact the selling store directly through the contact details you will find in your order.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, hygiene items, food products, or other cases provided for by law.
Refunds
The store will process the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
