TracknTake currently operates mainly in Madrid, with over 200 registered local stores, and also in Mallorca (Palma). We're expanding to more Spanish cities soon.

Yes. With Click & Collect you buy online and pick up in store with no waiting: your order is prepared and ready to collect. You can also reserve the product and pay when you pick it up. With TracknTake you always collect in store; there is no home delivery.
What is Click & Collect on TracknTake? +
Click & Collect means buying online and picking up in store. You choose the product, pay from your phone, and collect it at the local shop whenever suits you — avoiding delivery vans, shipping costs and waiting.
What kind of products can I find? +
Practically any product sold by a local physical store: electronics and accessories, fashion, home and decoration, gifts, pet accessories, sports goods, stationery, local handmade products, and vintage or second-hand shops.
Can I return a product bought with TracknTake? +
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from picking the product up in store to withdraw from the purchase, under Spanish consumer law. If the product is defective or doesn't match what was offered, you're entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. TracknTake connects stores and customers: each store handles its own returns, and our support team (info@trackntake.com) can help facilitate communication.
